At Nimbin Candles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read our policy below.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, regardless of the return window.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items for change-of-mind reasons.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return the item within 30 days, provided it meets our eligibility criteria.
Eligible Condition
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused / unworn
- Tags attached
- In original packaging
- In resaleable condition
Excluded Categories
Please note that the following items cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons:
- Custom-made / personalised items
- Gift cards
- Sale / clearance items

Return Shipping Cost
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If the item is faulty or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Timeframe
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or colour swaps within the same product line. Please follow the same return process to initiate an exchange.
Sale / Discounted Item Rules
Items purchased on sale or at a discount are subject to the same return policy as regular-priced items, with the same eligibility criteria and return window.
